The sleek CinemaStation AV-S7 features a versatile control center built into its center channel speaker, a powerful amp built into its subwoofer, and four speakers which can easily go on your bookshelf or cabinet along with your curios and not look out of place.

MULTI-FUNCTION CONTROL CENTER
The AV-S7's control center is as smart as its design. Located at the top of the center channel speaker, the control center has two input modes, and can select among conventional output, Dolby Pro Logic, Cinema DSP, and three Hi-Fi DSP modes.

HIDDEN HIGH POWER AMPLIFIER
The control center can be so small because it does not have to house the amplifier which is located within the subwoofer enclosure. The Yamaha Active Servo Technology amp is located in the subwoofer and delivers a total of 200 watts to the six speakers in the system.

4 DSP PROGRAMS -- INCLUDING CINEMA DSP
Yamaha's exclusive Digital Sound Field Processing recreates the acoustic personalities of actual concert halls and other venues. DSP programs included in the CinemaStation are: Cinema DSP, Concert Video, Sports, and Mono Movie. Cinema DSP multiplies the effects of Dolby Pro Logic and Yamaha DSP to provide the best possible Pro Logic movie theater recreation in your home.

DOLBY PRO LOGIC
The most common high quality surround sound decoding system. Lets you enjoy thousands of movies and hundreds of television shows with sound that rivals a movie theater experience.

REMOTE CONTROL
17-key remote control glows in the dark for easy access and controls input selection with last selection memory, volume, DSP selection and on/off. It even provides front, center, effect and subwoofer level controls so you can set the optimum speaker balance from your listening position.

SUBWOOFER
Yamaha's Active Servo Technology amplifier/driver complement and 8" cone driver mean that the compact subwoofer will deliver the deep bass that gives drama to music and movies. It can fit inconspicuously under a couch or table, and it is magnetically shielded so that it can be placed near a TV and not degrade the picture.

SATELLITES
The four speakers which make up the satellite complement are magnetically shielded and provide full range sound. The versatile enclosures provide a variety of placement options including angled and wall-mounted. Each satellite contains 3 1/8" full-range cone driver.

CENTER CHANNEL SPEAKER
The AV-S7's magnetically shielded center channel speaker is intended to sit atop a TV or monitor and provide the dialogue and other audio and keep it perceptually fixed to the screen. The incorporated easy-to-use control center, therefore, is front and center.
