The AQUOS LC-37D42U utilizes Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View Black TFT Panel providing 6000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 6ms response time and a wide 176 x 176 degree viewing angle. The AQUOS LC-37D42U is an HDTV with built-in ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuner and includes 2 HDMI™ and HD component video inputs as well as a 15 pin mini D-sub input for PC compatibility. The AQUOS LC-37D42U features a black cabinet, and the included table stand easily removes for wall mounting applications.

Optional wall mount brackets are also available: AN-37AG2 (tilting) and AN-LCGWF (flat).
